Kevin Lyons - President
Kevin entered the mortgage business in 1998. Kevin's philosophy holds true today that “Anchor Funding is a mortgage company where customer service comes first”. Kevin and his staff have systematically implemented procedures to benefit Anchor Funding's clients. In early 2005, paying attention to shifts in the mortgage industry, Kevin launched Anchor Funding's lending division converting Anchor Funding into a direct lender. Clients benefit from the many investor and institutional relationships implemented. Kevin has become one of the most nationally recognized Loan professionals in the country, recently being recognized as one of the top 10 agents in the nation for his personal loan volume*.

Collette Jacobs - Operations Manager
Collete started with Anchor Funding as the company's first employee, and oversees the companies staff of underwriters and funders. Collette's 25 years experience in the business range from serving clients as a loan consultant to underwriting as well as funding transactions. Collette started her career as an agent for Beneficial Finance in the early 70's and soon rose to be one of the only female branch Managers in the country. She then went on to manage branches for First Fidelity Thrift as well as to become underwriting manager for Ford Finance. Collette, along with her staff brings vast experience in all facets of the industry to Anchor Funding.
