I, like many others, heard about Anchor Funding on the radio. I would never have thought of “falling” for one of those commercials, but Chip Franklin on KGO Radio (San Francisco) made it sound really legit, so I called about a re-fi of our home. Eli Moss (858-503-0062) answered my call, asked some basic questions and reassured they could easily help and lower our rate. Within an hour, the process started with “e-documents” to be signed and returned electronically and we locked in a rate….easy! I forwarded the basic paperwork required (bank statements, tax returns, etc). and within weeks, not months, we were done!!! AND at a lower rate than what we “locked”. Everyone I dealt with at Anchor was professional, helpful, responsive, knowledgeable, and pleasant. We have gone through this process in the past but this was BY FAR the easiest, quickest and cheapest re-fi ever. I don’t want to give away everything Eli was able to do for us, but I can say fees and points were “not an issue” (wink wink….can you say “zero”).
